Why did I set up ZINC? – to be in charge of my destiny and be able to follow a career path that is more of a passion driven by my personal attributes – innovative, trustworthy, passionate and hard working.

ZINC attribute’s  – ZINC people share the same attributes; they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and hardworking.  We work as a team and look after one another; no one is out there to get one over on anyone else.

Career highlights – end to end delivery, from requirements gathering through to systems development and implementation of a procurement, inventory and plant maintenance system for an Oil Company with operations in Syria

Biggest challenge faced – when working remotely not having the opportunity to have coffee machine conversations!

Most important lesson learnt – really understanding the business requirements, engaging the business throughout the project and making sure you get business buy-in.
